8.Who recruited you
9.Do you have a microphone,if not are you willing to get one and be active on teamspeak
10.Are you willing to be active on the forums
And any other information you think would help.
If your application is accepted then you will start off as a private,the private rank usaly lasts for one month but really depends on how active you are.
